Process

How a website project works

Six stages, each ending with something you approve, so the booking rules and the offers are settled before design starts.

1. Brief and quote

You tell us what you offer, how clients book now and which tools you use. We reply with questions or a written quote that lists the pages, the booking and email setup, what we need from you and a target launch date. Nothing starts until you accept it.

2. Booking rules and offers

We write down your session types, lengths, buffers, notice periods and packages in one short document. This is where most of the thinking happens, and it saves a lot of rework later.

3. Page plan

We list every page and what goes on it, in order. You can move sections, cut pages or add an offer while changes are still quick.

4. Design

We design the home page and one offer page with your colors, type and photos, on desktop and phone. You mark up what you'd change, and we revise before building the rest.

5. Build and test bookings

We build the site on a private preview address, connect the scheduling tool, intake form and newsletter sign-up, then book test sessions with you from a phone and a laptop. You check that the confirmations, reminders and intake answers reach you the way you expect.

6. Launch and handover

We connect your domain, set up redirects if you're replacing an older site, and send you every login with a short editing guide.

What sets the pace

Content and decisions. Offers need final names and lengths, and someone has to sign off on cancellation wording. If you're short on time, we can launch a smaller first version with the home page, one offer page and booking, then add the rest.
